Work began in January 2002 to renovate the Memorial Hall site, Brynteg.
The refurbished site was opened in September 2002 and comprises :
| • Memorial Hall (with stage and kitchen facility) | |
| • Broughton Strategy Office (located off the Memorial Hall) | |
| • Brynteg Library (free internet access is available to all members of the community when the library is open. Opening times are: |

| Tuesday | 2pm-5.30pm |
| Wednesday | 2pm -8pm |
| Thursday | 2pm -8pm |
| Friday | 10am-7pm |
| Saturday | 10am -1pm |
| Sunday | Closed |
| • Housing Renewal Office (base for Wrexham County Borough Council’s Area Renewal Officer dedicated to Brymbo and Broughton area) | |
| • Meeting Room (1 large room or 2 smaller meeting rooms, which can also be used for non-computer related training) | |
| • Cyber Centre (computer & training suite, suitable for up to 16 people) | |
| • Creche (yet to be opened) |
Many computer courses are being run from the new 'Cyber Centre’.
The Brymbo Broughton Community Training (BBCT), a group of local residents, works in partnership with education providers such as Yale, WEA and Drome to offer a number of computer courses free of charge to local people, including:
